This privacy policy applies to Coleman Stock Feeds Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our") and our website at colemanstockfeeds.com.au. We are a family-owned stock feed manufacturer based at 11 Millett Street, Charters Towers QLD 4820.

What we collect

We collect personal information in two ways:

• When you contact us — through the enquiry or quote forms, by email, or by phone. The information you give us may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, property location, head count, and details of your stock or feeding requirements.
• Automatically, when you browse the site — through standard analytics. This includes your approximate location (city level), the pages you visit, the time you spend on each page, the device and browser you use, and how you got to our site (search engine, social link, direct).

How we use your information

We only use your information for the purpose you gave it to us:

• To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, or fulfil an order.
• To follow up on a previous conversation or order.
• To improve our website and understand which pages our customers find useful (via aggregated, anonymised analytics).

• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on the site.
• Google Maps — embedded map on the contact page.
• OpenStreetMap and Leaflet — map tiles for the service areas map.
• Facebook — only when you click through to our Facebook page.

None of these services receive personal information from us. They may, however, log standard browser data (IP address, page referrer) when their content loads.

Form submissions

Enquiry and quote forms on the contact page are processed by Formspree, which forwards the message to our email. Formspree's role is purely as a delivery mechanism — they don't use your information for any other purpose. Their privacy policy describes how they handle data in transit.

Once we receive your enquiry, your message is stored in our email inbox like any other piece of business correspondence. We retain it for as long as it's commercially relevant — typically a few years — then delete it.

How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. The website is served over HTTPS, our administrative panel is password-protected, and we don't store credit card details on this server. We do not run a customer database — your information lives only in our email and order records.

Your rights

Under Australian privacy law you have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you;
• Ask us to correct information that's wrong or out of date;
• Ask us to delete information we hold about you, where we don't have a legal obligation to keep it.
